Since its inception on July 19, 2000, the Sagefield Homeowners Association (originally the Sagefield Civic Association) has been dedicated to serving our residents. Over the past 22 years, we have consistently worked to uphold our mission of preserving the property values of our homes, ensuring a thriving community for all.

  

Throughout the years, we have remained diligent, knowledgeable, resident-friendly, neighborly, informative, engaged, and supportive of ALL residents in the Sagefield Subdivision.

 

We have managed to organize volunteer events, build a beautiful Sagefield marquee, maintain the Sagefield HOA Board, and deliver newsletters and important information to your homes. As we continue to evolve as the Sagefield Homeowners Association, we are always working to improve our organization, connecting with the Federation of Greater Baton Rouge Civic Associations, upgrading our subdivision’s connectivity, becoming a Crime Prevention and Improvement District, and ensuring that our neighborhood remains vibrant and beautiful, keeping our property values moving in a positive direction.

 

The Sagefield Homeowners Association believes in maintaining a culture of openness and transparency. We have an open-door policy and are always seeking ways to improve the quality of life for our residents. We encourage open communication and welcome your feedback, suggestions, and involvement. Together, we can continue to make Sagefield a vibrant and beautiful place to live, ensuring that our property values remain on an upward trajectory.
